ReviewThis book is comprehensive in its discussion of all of the many aspects of a snow removal business including some that you might not think about.- Specifically the sections on identifying fixed and variable costs and how they relate to hourly bids and profitability were helpful.- And the section on insurance and insurance scams was also nice to know.- The tips on how to plow specific types of areas as well as the plowing diagram in Appendix A were all useful.- The deicing and anti-icing application rate sheet in appendix D was worth the price of the book in and of itself. – -
